Discovery Call
-
Our discovery call is your first step toward understanding how personalized ABA therapy can make a difference for your child and family. During this no-obligation, 30-minute consultation, we’ll take the time to get to know you, your child’s needs, and your goals. Here’s what you can expect:
Personalized Conversation: We’ll listen to your child’s unique challenges, strengths, and any concerns you may have. This is a space where we can learn more about your family’s journey and your specific hopes for therapy.
Introduction to Our Approach: You’ll hear about our child-led, individualized approach to ABA therapy, and how it differs from traditional methods. We’ll explain how we customize treatment plans that honor your child’s individuality and empower families.
Goal Setting: Together, we’ll discuss your priorities and the outcomes you’d like to see for your child. This will help us begin to envision how we can best support your family moving forward.
Answering Your Questions: We’ll take the time to address any questions you may have about our services, process, and what you can expect from working with us. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how we can work together to help your child succeed.
Next Steps: If it feels like a good fit, we’ll discuss the next steps to get started, including scheduling an assessment and creating a personalized plan that aligns with your child’s needs.
The discovery call is all about finding the right path for your family and ensuring you feel comfortable with the process. We’re excited to connect and help you explore the best options for your child’s growth and success!

Our Services
ABA Therapy (18m - 8y)
-
We provide in-home, play-based ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years. Rooted in a neurodiversity-affirming approach, we celebrate each child's unique way of learning and growing. Our child-led model fosters engagement through natural play, creating joyful learning experiences that support communication, social connection, and foundational life skills.
With a focus on respect, autonomy, and individualized care, our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) guides each child's development at their own pace. Through meaningful interactions and a strengths-based approach, we empower children and families to build confidence, independence, and a love for learning in a supportive home environment.

Payment Options
-
We currently accept Aetna insurance and are working to get credentialed with more! If you do not have Aetna, see out-of-network reimbursement options under the “Private Pay” tab.
-
We offer private pay in-home services in order to maintain flexibility in treatment by avoiding insurance restrictions on hours, interventions, and eligibility. This approach also aligns with our mission to provide neurodiversity-affirming care, as insurance often mandates compliance-based goals. Additionally, private pay simplifies the process for families, eliminating delays and denials associated with insurance claims.
Services will be billed weekly, and a “superbill” will be sent to you directly following payment. This “superbill” can be sent to your insurance for partial or full reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network (OON) coverage. To determine your OON coverage, call your insurance company using the number on the back of your card and ask to speak to someone regarding OON coverage. Once connected, ask the following questions:
Does my plan cover ABA therapy?
Does my child qualify to receive ABA therapy (usually this requires a medical diagnosis of ASD)
Does my plan offer benefits for out-of-network providers? If so, what percent is reimbursed?
Is a preauthorization for ABA services needed for an out-of-network provider? If so, how is this obtained?
Is there a deductible that needs to be met before OON services are covered? If so, how much?
Is there a co-payment for OON services? If so, how much?
Is there a co-insurance percent for OON services? If so, how much?
Our team is here to help! Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about payments/OON coverage.
