Getting Started
-
Step 1: Discovery Call
The journey begins with a free discovery call where we learn more about your child and family’s needs. During this conversation, we’ll discuss our approach to ABA, answer any questions, and determine whether our services are a good fit. We’ll also review insurance coverage and funding options.
-
Step 2: Intake
This step includes completing necessary paperwork, gathering background information, and obtaining any required documentation. Our team will be available to assist you through each step to ensure a smooth process.
-
Step 3: Initial Assessment
We will conduct a comprehensive assessment to develop an individualized plan tailored to your child’s strengths, preferences, and areas for growth. This assessment may include interviews, direct interactions, and play-based observations. We prioritize a neurodiversity-affirming, child-led approach to ensure that the plan aligns with your child’s unique needs and goals.
-
Step 4: Begin Services
Once the assessment is complete, we’ll begin services with a schedule that works for your family. Your child’s BCBA will implement the individualized support plan using play-based, in-home strategies that respect and encourage their autonomy. We prioritize collaboration with caregivers to ensure meaningful progress and support in everyday life.
